Viewing Schedule ~ 2008
Our website shows all the York University student properties that we currently expect may become available 'To Let' in the summer of 2008. In the early part of the year one or two existing tenants may confirm their wish to stay on in their properties and these properties will be removed as and when this occurs. However, more houses will be added to our website over the forthcoming months as we take on new properties.
We will contact everyone who registers on our website strictly in the date order in which they registered to arrange viewings on the houses of their choice. This is done a week or two before the viewing dates shown below. It is helpful if you could note on your registration, the addresses of the houses you wish to view and for the main contact person to know the availability of their housemates, before we contact you to arrange viewings.
It is very important that, where possible, all the members of your group turns up for the viewings as and when these have been arranged. Those groups where every member turns up for a viewing will be at a distinct advantage over those who do not.
If more than two groups wish to take a particular house and in order to be fair to all concerned, houses are offered to a particular group based on:
- The date that group registered on our website (ie. those who registered the earliest are given priority)
- How many of the group turned up for the viewing (ie. A group where 'all' have viewed the house are given priority over a group where only some have viewed the house)
- The number of existing Sinclair Properties tenants in the group. Please state if you are an existing tenant when you register along with the house address in which you live.

- 6 Bedroom houses - Only 2 available, contact us to arrange viewings

- 4 Bedroom houses - Approximately 13 houses still available, contact us to arrange viewings
- 3 Bedroom houses - Approximately 6 still available, contact us to arrange viewings

- 1 bedroom apartments/studios - Only 2 available, contact us to arrange viewings
- Individual Rooms (for students aged 21 and over) - Approximately 20 'all inclusive' bedrooms available to let to individuals.Contact us to arrange viewings
