• FAIR AND AFFORDABLE

  We know that finances are tight when you are studying, so to help you:

  • We do not charge any fees whatsoever for finding you the right accommodation
  • We coincide your rent payments with your student loan payments
  • We have a range of rents reflecting the location and standard of our properties.
  • Rent is expressed as 'per person per week' (pppw) and range from £56 pppw to £79 pppw.
  • Rent excludes all bills, ie. Gas, Electricity, water/sewerage, Council Tax and TV licence
  • On avearge over the year, you will need to budget between £4 and £7 pppw to cover bills
  • Careful use of central heating systems will ensure bills cost nearer £4 pppw than £7 pppw !!!
  • Council Tax ~ If everyone in the house is in full time education you can apply for full exemption from Council Tax
  • Your 'Deposit' is insured through Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd. This is an independent company approved by the Government to insure 'Deposits' on your behalf. The cost of this insurance will be be paid by your landlord.
  • Yor Deposit is fully refunded provided you leave the property in the same condition as when you moved in
